Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using ZES Connect. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using ZES Connect ("Platform", "Service"), you ("User", "you") confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform. ZES Connect reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
2. Description of Service
ZES Connect is a cloud-based event management platform that provides tools for event planning, client management, invoicing, vendor coordination, team collaboration, and related services. We offer Free, Starter, Professional, and Agency subscription tiers. Features vary by plan as described on our Pricing page.
3. Account Registration
You must register an account to use most features of the Platform. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
- Maintain and promptly update your account information
- Keep your login credentials confidential and not share them with others
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access at hello@zesconnect.com
- Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account. Accounts created with false information may be terminated without notice.
4. Subscription & Payment
Paid plans are billed monthly. By subscribing, you authorise ZES Connect to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis.
- Starter: Up to 10 events/month
- Professional: Up to 25 events/month
- Agency: Unlimited events
All prices are shown in the currency selected at checkout. Taxes may apply depending on your location.
Refund Policy: We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on first-time subscriptions. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the initial charge to hello@zesconnect.com. After 7 days, payments are non-refundable.
5. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by emailing
hello@zesconnect.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to paid features until that date. ZES Connect may cancel or suspend your account for violation of these Terms, with or without prior notice.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to use ZES Connect to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation
- Infringe upon the rights of any third party
- Transmit spam, malware, or any malicious code
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Platform or its systems
- Scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Platform without permission
- Impersonate any person or entity
- Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the Platform
- Use the Platform for any illegal purpose or in furtherance of illegal activities
Violation of this section may result in immediate account termination and legal action.
7. Your Content
You retain full ownership of all data, files, and content you upload to ZES Connect ("Your Content"). By uploading content, you grant ZES Connect a limited, non-exclusive licence to store, process, and display Your Content solely to provide the Service to you. You are solely responsible for Your Content and warrant that it does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws. ZES Connect does not sell or share Your Content with third parties for advertising purposes.
8. Intellectual Property
The ZES Connect platform, including its design, source code, algorithms, branding, and all associated intellectual property, is owned exclusively by ZES Connect and protected by copyright, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform during your subscription. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse-engineer any part of the Platform.
9. Privacy
Your use of ZES Connect is also governed by our
Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.
10. Third-Party Services
ZES Connect integrates with third-party services including payment gateways (Razorpay, PayPal), email providers, and AI services. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. ZES Connect is not responsible for the practices or content of third-party services.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. ZES CONNECT DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE. You use the Platform at your own risk.
12. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ZES CONNECT AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, BUSINESS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO ZES CONNECT IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ZES Connect and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform, Your Content, or violation of these Terms.
14. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration or the competent courts of the applicable jurisdiction.
15. Changes to Terms
ZES Connect reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
